Upload documents to give your members access to important files, and organize them into folders to keep everything tidy. Documents you upload can also be indexed to your AI Chatbot so it can answer questions about them.
Upload a document
- On the admin interface, click Upload a Document.
- From the document library, click Upload a Document again to add a new file.
- Select the file you want to upload. You can also specify which member segment will be able to view this document.
- To make the document available to your AI Chatbot, check the Include in Chatbot option before saving.
| ⚠️ Important: If you want your chatbot to answer questions about a document, you must check "Include in Chatbot" when uploading. You won't be able to add it retroactively without re-uploading. |
Create a folder
- Click Create Folder in the document library.
- Give the folder a name, then click Save.
- Use the Actions button next to any folder or document to open, rename, move, or delete it.
- Once you've finished adding or organizing documents, click Refresh Chatbot so the AI picks up the latest changes.
| 💡 Tip: Always refresh the Chatbot after uploading new documents. Without refreshing, the AI won't know the new files exist. |
