How to create a survey

Surveys let you ask your members a question and collect their responses directly through the app. Members receive a notification as soon as the survey is launched.

Steps to create and launch a survey

  1. Log in to: app.fortisia.com
  2. Go to the Events menu.
  3. Click Add an Event.
  4. Select Survey.
  5. Give your survey a name, and set a start date and end date.
  6. Add a short description (optional but recommended).
  7. Enter your question and the possible answer choices.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Click Participants Selection to choose who receives the survey. You have three options: all users, a segment, or a manual selection.
  10. When you're ready to go live, click Launch Event. Participants will receive an in-app notification to respond.
⚠️ Important: Make sure to set an end date — surveys without a deadline tend to have lower response rates. A 3–5 day window usually works well.
