How to segment your members

Segments let you group members together by city, trade, department, or any other criteria so you can send targeted messages, news posts, and surveys to the right people.

Steps to create a segment and add members

  1. Log in to the admin portal: app.fortisia.com
  2. Under the Identity Management menu, click Segments.
  3. Here you can view all existing segments and the members associated with each one.
  4. To create a new segment, click New Segment and give it a name.
  5. Click on your new segment to open it.
  6. In the admin panel on the right, click Add a Member.
  7. Select the members who belong to this segment.
  8. Click Save to confirm. Your segment is now ready to use.
💡 Tip: Once a segment is created, you can select it when sending messages, news posts, surveys, or invitations, so the right content always reaches the right people.
