How to send a message to your members

Send a targeted message to all your members or a specific group in just a few clicks. Messages are delivered instantly through the app.

Steps

  1. Click Send a message.
  2. Click Select recipients to choose who receives this message.
  3. Choose one of the three recipient options below.
  4. Add a subject for your message.
  5. Write your message in the content area.
  6. To send in French or English (or both), click Manage languages and select the language(s) you need.
  7. Click Send. The message goes out automatically to all selected recipients.

Recipient options

Option 1 — All users in the account
Option 2 — A specific segment (group)
Option 3 — Manually selected members
💡 Tip: Segments are pre-defined groups of members (e.g. by city or trade). Setting them up in advance makes sending targeted messages much faster.
