How to view your message history

The message history lets you review all past communications you've sent, check their delivery status, and see how many members actually read them.

Steps

  1. Log in to the admin portal: app.fortisia.com
  2. Click Messages in the navigation menu.
  3. You'll see a list of all your messages, their current status, and the read rate for each one.
ℹ️ Note: Low read rates? Try sending messages earlier in the day or on weekdays. Members are more likely to open notifications during work hours.
