How to use the AI Agent

The AI Agent is a built-in assistant that can answer questions about your organization, but only based on the documents you've already uploaded. Think of it as a smart search tool for your document library.

⚠️ Important: The AI Agent only knows what's in the documents you've added to Fortisia. If a document hasn't been uploaded and indexed, the agent won't be able to answer questions about it.

Steps

  1. Log in to: app.fortisia.com
  2. Look for the AI Agent icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  3. Click it to open the chat window.
  4. Type your question — you'll receive an answer within a few seconds.
💡 Tip: For best results, upload and index your most important documents (collective agreements, HR policies, FAQs) before using the AI Agent. The more documents it has, the more useful it becomes.
